Richard holds academic qualifications in Masters in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations (Australia), LLB (Honours) London, a qualified practitioner in NLP and process-oriented psychology. He is a certified HRDF trainer with the Human Resource Development Fund (Malaysia). He is also a member of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a frequent participant at the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS).
Richard is among the selected few by the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) as their associate trainer. He is also an affiliate of Asia Finance & Investment Limited (Cambodia) and ANZ Institute (Australia).
