People Prowess Sdn Bhd recognizes the importance to respect and protect your Personal Data (hereinafter defined) supplied to us. This Privacy Notice ("Notice") outlines how People Prowess Sdn Bhd collects and handles your Personal Data in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").
For the purpose of this Notice, the term "we" or "our" or "us" refers to People Prowess Sdn Bhd, the data user, and its expression shall include its subsidiaries. The term "you" or "your" refers to the data subject.
By continuing to access and/or use this website(s), you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice statement or subsequent amendment thereto in respect of People Prowess Sdn Bhd collections, use, process and disclosure of your personal information.
We are committed to protecting the privacy your personal information and in compliance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").
Personal Data means information about you which you have provided to or obtained by People Prowess Sdn Bhd including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, national registration identity card (NRIC) or passport number, email address, banking information, and any information which may identify you, may be collected, stored, used and processed by People Prowess Sdn Bhd from time to time.
Your Personal Data (in whatever form) may be collected, stored, used and processed by us (whether directly or indirectly) for, inter alia, the following purposes:
- Contact and communication with you;
- Internal administrative purposes;
- Training enrolment purposes;
- Payment purposes;
- Security measures and prevention of crime, fraud or unauthorized transactions;
- For People Prowess Sdn Bhd to comply with its obligations under the law, including compliance with statutory or governmental requirements;
- For such other purposes which you have consented; and
- For all other purposes in relation to or incidental to the above.
You agree that the supply of your Personal Data is voluntary and you consent to People Prowess Sdn Bhd using and processing your Personal Data in the manner as identified in this Notice.
Under certain circumstances, it may be required to disclose your Personal Data to the following third parties (including their agents and representatives):
- Any persons directed or consented to by you;
- A party whom disclosure is provided for under law or required by an authority;
- Information technology (IT) service providers;
- Trainers;
- Banks and financial institutions;
- Auditors, consultants, accountants, lawyers or advisors; and
- Any person to whom disclosure is, in our estimation, necessary and/or reasonable in the circumstances.
Where the third parties are located outside Malaysia, the Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, used and processed outside Malaysia. You consent to the transfer and use of the Personal Data outside Malaysia.
People Prowess Sdn Bhd will take practical steps to safeguard your Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, alteration or destruction.
The Personal Data collected will be retained by us for the duration permitted or required under Malaysian law.
The accuracy and completeness of your Personal Data is dependent on the information provided. The information provided is deemed to be accurate, up to date and complete unless informed otherwise.

People Prowess Sdn Bhd has the right to refuse your requests to access and/or make any correction to your Personal Data that are unreasonably repetitive or impractical, or would jeopardize the privacy of others, or the expense of providing access to you is disproportionate to the risks to your privacy. Notwithstanding your withdrawal of consent, we may keep your Personal Data and process your Personal Data in circumstances which are recognized and permitted by law.
Enrollment and Payment & Refund Policy
Once you have registered for the course/workshop/seminar/forum it is a commitment that you will attend the course/workshop/seminar/forum. Once registered, the course fee would be payable regardless of actual attendance due to our venue booking & catering commitment. Cancellation or withdrawal is not permitted. We welcome replacement.
Training course registration will not be confirmed until registration is complete and payment is received in full.
In regard to training courses held at your premises, any cancellation must be given fourteen (14) working days prior to the cut-off date. There are no additional costs should you replace a delegate or delegates.
People Prowess reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrolment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer/individual if a training course is cancelled. If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course. No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period for companies or training held at your premises will incur 70% of the full cost of the training program. In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to admin@peopleprowess.com
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date.
